Is there a real reward for people who get interviewed?
I believe sometimes the reward of being interviewed and what it can do to boost moral and help the organization be more successful. I just feel that when someone or a consulting company comes in and is trying to understand the organization and how it works can only help in a positive way. The person that is getting interviewed can really help put the organizations best foot forward and that can only boast well for the interviewee. Being interviewed can be a huge plus, first of all it is anonymous so employees can feel free to express themselves openly and honestly. Being able to express themselves in this way can be a real positive for them and the organization. This can lead to an explanation of the issues the organization is having, and help lead to a solution.

Is electric better than personal....
Hello and Good Morning everyone,
Today I am asking discussing whether electronic communication is really better and more effective than personal communication.
I'll start by explaining what I mean by personal communication. When I say personal I mean communication like face-to-face or phone calls. In my opinion these two ways are much more productive and respectable type of communication. Electronic media is informative, however; it seems so impersonal. E-mails, faxes, and etc. all of these just seem like they involve no effort. When you take the time to pick up the phone and call someone or make time in your schedule to go and talk to someone face-to-face. Showing someone that they are worth the time to take that extra step really goes a long way in the communication world. I work in the IT industry, were relying on electronic communication is a must. However I do not have enough fingers and toes to count how many times I have missed an important email because it just gets shuffled in with all the other 10's of 100's of email I receive daily. Now if I get a phone call or go to a meeting the chances are a lot less that I am going to miss any important information. Many companies use emails for a lot of internal information, and yes it maybe easier but that doe not necessarily mean it is better. I believe for better business companies need to take that extra step and put forth the effort. It will be worth it.
